Great video thx! I just bought the 80v version today and it cuts great. Very happy with it. The only annoying thing is the bar chain oil reservoir level indicator is useless. You can’t see anything through that white plastic. They should have made it clear. I have to take off the cap to see how much oil is in it. Other than that it’s awesome.

Should do another demo with the 5.0AH on both.

There's already been problems noted with this new Dewalt impact driver. These impacts have already been powerful enough. How about they start working more on precision on these things and less power. Even better. How about they come up with a high powered screwdriver instead of all that noise from an impact

The 40 volt battery is actually 36 volt i think. Has anyone found an adapter where you can place 2x18 volt batteries for the useage on an XTG machine. Like f.e. a lawnmower. Most people who buy a Makita XTG lawnmower already own several batteries of the LXT platform. Like the BL1850. Those XTG batteries are damn expensive. And with two BL1850 you have 36 volt and 10 amp. So anyone with a link has my grattitude.

To be honest u can just by the 1,/4 heck adapters for your 3/8 in impact wrench to make it a driver and for the 1/2 as well if you need one for vehicles and house use just saying if I'm not mistaken the 1,/4 is the same size as 3/8 driver pretty much I could be wrong but I know the 3/8 is more powerful
